No Girl Left Behind Event Inc. USA is more than an organization—it's a movement, a lifeline, and a rising force in female empowerment. Our mission is simple yet profound: to reach as many girls and women as possible and ignite the kind of confidence, courage, and clarity that reshapes futures and builds the next generation of female leaders.
Founded in Canada in 2022 by Kiki Rozema, No Girl Left Behind quickly grew into a beacon of hope for girls seeking belonging and women seeking purpose. In 2024, under the leadership of Marissa Cherepanov, the U.S. organization was launched—operating independently with a singular focus: empowering women and girls across America to rise, lead, and rewrite what’s possible for themselves.
Our events are transformational by design. Each NGLB experience immerses attendees in a full day of inspiration and empowerment featuring:
- Dynamic keynote speakers who share real, raw, life-changing stories
- Leadership and confidence workshops that equip girls and women with actionable tools
- Breakout circles that create genuine connection, community, and belonging
- Mental health and self-worth sessions that provide strength, clarity, and emotional grounding
- Hands-on engagement that sparks purpose and unlocks personal leadership potential
But what truly sets NGLB apart is what happens after the event—because empowerment cannot be contained in a single day. We stay connected with every participant through ongoing communication, online support, continued mentorship, and resources designed to help them grow long after the lights go down.
In 2025, we proudly entered a landmark partnership with The Salvation Army Kroc Center, bringing our mission to an even greater community platform. Together, we will launch our next U.S. event on May 2, 2026, at the Kroc Center in Salem, Oregon—a powerful kickoff to the next chapter of impact.
As we move into 2026, our vision is expanding. More cities. More programs. More opportunities. More lives changed. We are building a nationwide network of empowered girls and unstoppable women—and this is only the beginning.
