Who is this event for?

No Girl Left Behind is created for girls (ages 7+) and women. Our programming is intentionally designed around the experiences, development, and leadership journeys of biological female participants.

Why is the event specifically designed for females?

Our youth and adult sessions—including shared workshops—focus on topics connected to the female experience. This includes discussions about confidence, identity, development, and life stages related to female biology and anatomy. Centering the program around this shared experience allows participants to connect more deeply and engage in conversations that are relevant to their growth.

Who is encouraged to participate?

Participation is intended for individuals who were born female, as the program is designed around biological female development and related experiences. While the event has a specific focus to ensure the curriculum is meaningful and aligned with its purpose, we honor and respect people from all backgrounds and identities.

Can parents or guardians attend?

Parents and guardians are welcome to attend the event. Male guardians (fathers, stepfathers, etc.) may attend with a minor. Youth workshop spaces are reserved for participants to maintain a focused and safe environment.

Can I drop off my child, and will youth be supervised?

You are welcome to drop off your minor for the duration of the event. Youth participants are always supervised by trained mentors, staff, and volunteers. A safe, supportive environment is top priority, and our team is present and engaged with participants from start to finish.

Is food provided?

Participants are provided with a buffet-style lunch and snacks during the event. We do our best to accommodate most dietary restrictions; please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

What will participants experience?

Participants will engage in:

• Leadership and confidence workshops

• Mentorship from women leaders

• Group discussions and connection

• Age-appropriate development topics

• A supportive and empowering community
