At No Girl Left Behind, we strive to empower young girls through immersive events, education, and lasting support. Our mission is to ensure that every girl—regardless of background—has access to the resources, tools, and mentorship she needs to succeed in life and lead with confidence.
Through transformative, hands-on workshops and inspirational programming, we don’t just teach empowerment—we ignite it. By bridging the confidence gap and reshaping generational narratives, we are building a global community of future-ready leaders, one girl at a time.
Ally Stone is a respected leadership expert, keynote speaker, and founder of The Inspired Leader, a platform dedicated to elevating conscious leadership in organizations across North America. With over two decades of experience in corporate leadership, Ally specializes in emotional intelligence, HeartMath, and people-first management strategies that transform workplace culture from the inside out. She has trained thousands of leaders, equipping them with the tools to lead with clarity, compassion, and impact. Ally’s mission is to help individuals step into their highest potential—creating environments where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead with confidence.
Alethea Crimmins is a dynamic recording artist, model, and empowerment educator whose presence inspires confidence and authenticity in women and girls across North America. A celebrated runway model who has walked in New York Fashion Week and a talented singer-songwriter with original music releases, Alethea blends creativity with purpose in every space she enters. Beyond her artistic achievements, she is deeply committed to youth empowerment and educational initiatives, helping young women build self-worth, embrace their individuality, and step boldly into their potential. Alethea’s mission is to spark confidence through expression and to inspire the next generation to lead with courage and heart.
Dr. Lisa Klein, MD is a respected physician, youth advocate, and Founder of Turning Teen, a platform dedicated to supporting adolescents and their families through the critical stages of development. Based in Detroit, Dr. Klein brings a unique blend of medical expertise and a deep commitment to mental health, behavioral wellness, and family-centered care.
With extensive experience working with teens and parents, she specializes in emotional development, communication strategies, and building resilience during pivotal life transitions. Through Turning Teen, Dr. Klein equips families with practical, evidence-based tools to navigate challenges with confidence, connection, and clarity.
Jazmin “Jaz” Hayworth, also known as Hype Girl Jaz is a brand builder who blends high energy community connection with sharp strategy and creativity. She is the owner of Build Your Hype, where she helps individuals and businesses clarify their identity, elevate their presence, and share their story with confidence through branding, content, and lifestyle photography.
Rooted in impact, Jaz shows up beyond business, supporting local community initiatives and aligning her work with empowerment, connection, and visibility. Known for her authentic presence and people-first approach, she brings a bold, uplifting energy to every room, helping others build confidence, build community, and build their hype.
Denise Perez serves as a mentor with No Girl Left Behind and is a nurse, entrepreneur, and community advocate dedicated to helping women feel confident, supported, and empowered. She is the founder of Divine Wellness & Aesthetics, a growing wellness and aesthetics practice focused on personalized care and helping clients look and feel their best from the inside out.
Denise also holds the title of Miss Marion-Polk, where she uses her platform to promote service, leadership, and meaningful community engagement throughout the region. Known for her compassion, professionalism, and genuine commitment to uplifting others, Denise continues to make a positive impact through both her work in the wellness industry and her dedication to empowering women in her community.
Carmen Cowan, honored to serve as Ms. Black Oregon 2026. A proud mom, mentor, and corporate leader who believes that true beauty begins when you embrace who you are. Through her platform, “Be YOU: Your Own Uniqueness,” She empower youth across Oregon to find confidence in their identity, stand tall in their truth, and dream without limits. Her journey is about reminding others , especially young people — that no matter where you start, you have the power to rise, lead, and shine in your own unique way.
Asianique Savage, Miss Black Oregon 2026, joins the No Girl Left Behind movement as an inspiring youth mentor dedicated to empowering the next generation of girls. Asianique Savage is a proud Oregon native, advocate, and changemaker serving as Miss Black Oregon. Her platform focuses on ending gun violence through political engagement and grassroots advocacy, with a commitment to ensuring that no girl is left behind in the fight for safety, education, and opportunity.
Asianique works directly with youth by developing and implementing curricula that educate young people especially Black and Brown girls on conflict resolution, civic engagement, and violence prevention. By centering education and empowerment, she addresses the root causes of gun violence while equipping girls with the tools to advocate for themselves and their communities.

Heleen Red Bird is a youth presenter for NGLB 2026, bringing her powerful voice, cultural wisdom, and deep commitment to community empowerment to the next generation of girls. A respected Indigenous leader and founder of FISH—an organization dedicated to supporting families and strengthening community ties—Heleen has become a trusted advocate for women, children, and underserved populations.
Her work is rooted in cultural preservation, healing, and generational resilience. Through FISH, she has created a safe and supportive hub where youth and families can access resources, education, mentorship, and connection. Heleen leads with compassion and purpose, ensuring Indigenous communities are seen, heard, and uplifted.
Alice Hunt is a dedicated community leader known for her commitment to empowering women. With a Master’s degree in Business and a strong background in financial stewardship, Alice has become a trusted pillar in both local and regional circles—helping individuals and families build long-term financial confidence while championing opportunities for women to advance in leadership and economic independence.
Deeply involved in community engagement, Alice lends her expertise to multiple initiatives that support professional growth, financial literacy, and women-centered development programs. Her passion for service, coupled with her strategic business insight, makes her a valued mentor and an influential voice in creating stronger, more resilient communities.
Tanesha Williams is a life coach, mentor, NGLB Board member, and personal growth advocate dedicated to helping women break through limitations and step into a life of clarity, confidence, and purpose. Known for her compassionate yet empowering approach, Tanesha guides women through transformational mindset work, emotional healing, and intentional goal setting. Her coaching practice centers on self-awareness and personal accountability, equipping clients with the tools to create meaningful and lasting change. Marissa Cherepanov is a global female-empowerment leader, author, and accomplished leadership strategist dedicated to helping women and girls rise with confidence and purpose. With over 15 years of high-level leadership experience across nationally recognized brands, she brings a powerful blend of expertise, resilience, and heart to every stage. As CEO and visionary of No Girl Left Behind, Marissa champions initiatives that expand opportunity, strengthen self-worth, and close the gender gap. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for Linfield University and is widely recognized for her thought leadership and impact on future female leaders. Marissa’s mission is to inspire women to rewrite their stories and step boldly into their highest potential.
